Marsha is a licensed real estate broker and owner of Southern Realty and
Management Company since 1989. Among her other service activities she has
served on the executive board of the Monroe County Chamber of Commerce, a
board member and past vice president of Safe Haven (a shelter for child abuse
victims), former co-chair of the Aberdeen Miss Hospitality pageant, and is
a charter member of the Monroe County Arts Council. She has two children and
four grandchildren.

A native of Cleveland, TN, Johnny has lived in Batesville, off and on since1957.
He returned in 1983 to take over the family retail business. Among his other
civic activities he has served as the past president of the Batesville Chamber
of Commerce. He presently serves as a licensed general securities investment
representative for Edward Jones Investments in Batesville. He and his wife
Pamela have two children and two grandchildren..
Jack Creely (Fulton)

Jack owns and operates an Independent Insurance Agency. He served as the
mayor of Fulton for three terms. He is president of the Itawamba Port Commission
and is the 2003 chair of the Relay for Life. He also serves as a member of
the County Development Council and on the board of the Itawamba United Way
and the Pastor Parish Committee of the Fulton County United Methodist Church.
He and his wife Wilma have three children, nine grandchildren, and a great
grandchild.
Jo Ann Denley (Bruce)

Jo Ann, until retirement last year, was, for thirty years, the news editor
of the family-owned weekly, The Calhoun County Journal. She is a
native of Macon, MS. She is on the advisory Board of Directors of Merchants
and Farmer's Bank, and a member of the Bruce Chamber of Commerce. She is a
recipient of the Daughters of the American Revolution Community Service Award.
She, and her husband Gale, have three daughters and seven grandchildren.
She was the first woman to become a Rotarian in the district.

Betty Jo is the director of the Tunica County Literacy Council and the Tunica
Development Center. She is a master school board member and a Province IV
representative to the National Board of Episcopal Church Women and a lay
reader and alter guild member of her local church. She is a charter member
of the Rotary Club of Robinsonville. She is a member and past president of
the Rotary Host and Travel Fellowship. She and her husband William have six
children and twelve grandchildren..
Keith Fulcher (Cleveland)

Keith is the Associate Vice President for Development for the Delta State
University Foundation. Prior to that time he taught and held other administrative
duties at Biloxi and Vicksburg. He is a founding member of the Board of Directors
of the Millsaps College Principals' Institute, a member of the American Cancer
Society's "Relay for Life" Committee, and a member of the Cleveland-Bolivar
Chamber of Commerce. He is married, and he and his wife, Anne, have one son.

Tom is presently Senior Vice President of the Financial Federal Savings
Bank in Memphis. He has served on the local Memphis advisory Board of the
Memphis Salvation Army from 1998 through 2001. He is a native of Shelby County.
He is married, and he and his wife, Andrea, have one daughter .A Pail Harris
fellow, he believes in the tenets of Rotary, and enjoys the fellowship of
the gathering and the opportunity to serve the local community and the world.

Dick is currently employed at Intex Plastics Corporation as a cost accounting
manager. He has also served as the CEO of the Corinth and Alcorn County Alliance,
an economic and community development organization. He is a member and serves
as an elder of First Presbyterian Church of Corinth. He and his wife Judy
have two children and two grandchildren.
