User a program like WS_FTP, or Anarchie to ftp your files to our server.You will need the following information for your ftp client.

Server Name: ftp.watervalley.net

Username: The part of your email address before the @ symbol.

Password: The password you use to login to our servers.

Pathname: Leave this blank.

It should be either default.html, or index.html. Note that the server is case sensetive. So index.html is not the same as INDEX.HTML.

Our server software is case sensitive. FTP in and check your files to make sure they maintain the correct case.

What if I want to use CGI, or Perl on my website?

We have formmail.pl for forms, and if you want custom scripts, you must send an email with the cgi/perl script that you want to use to hshere@watervalley.net. We will examine them, and put them up if acceptable.

I used to be able to see a list of my files through my web browser. Now I get a Forbiddon error! Why is this?

Our new web server software does not allow file lists for security purposes.If you want to see a list, then you must use your FTP client.

I'm having trouble with CallWave. What do I do?
