Drop off your computer and we'll clean it and have it back to you within 3 business days.

Drop off time is the same as our normal tech support hours: 9am to 9pm Monday through Friday, noon to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.

$45 payable when you pick your computer up.

We'll install all the windows updates that take too long for you to download and we'll scan your computer for virus and worm infections and we'll clean them up.

Open to everyone - even if you use some other service to access the internet.

  • All available windows updates
  • AVG anti-virus software on your machine and scanning and removing viruses and worms.*
  • Ad-Aware 6 and scanning and removing spyware
  • Spam Fighter anti-spam Outlook Express plugin.
  • Fabulous watervalley.net mouse pad (cow or sheep design)

    * Some viruses and worms cannot be removed except by reinstalling windows. Reinstalling windows is not included in the price of our Clean Your Windows day. Our rate for re-installing windows is $45 per hour and it usually only takes one hour if you have your recovery CD.

  • Your Windows PC with Windows 98SE/XP/2000 (Clean your windows service is not available for Windows 95 and never needed for any Macintosh computer).
  • Your keyboard & mouse (leave your monitor at home).
  • <>Your Windows Install CD (if you have one).
