Net Voice has been providing internet access for more than five years. As we begin the second half of our first decade we are faced with a growing customer base and a growing variety of new services that we want to offer to those customers.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Our strength as an ISP is that we try to help our customers with any internet related problem that they might encounter. We'll help them get online, help them delete their history file, and help them with general questions about the internet as well. We are looking for people who have the experience and personality to help our customers be happy.

Must know how to configure some versions of Windows for dialup.

Must be able to talk to customers in a friendly manner and communicate well

Knowledge of Linux, Mac OS and setting DSL on any operating system is a plus

Part time. 15 to 25 hours per week.

SALES SPECIALIST

We are seeking a self motivated, accountable sales person to join our small company and help us grow. We provide a wide variety of internet related services including website hosting, internet service (consumer and commercial), co-location facilities, and website design.

Candidate Qualifications include:

• an understanding of business concepts and strategies
• an understanding of the technical aspects of an internet service provider
• the ability to communicate verbally as well as in email
• an interest in the Internet and emerging e-commerce promotion and marketing solutions
• experience calling on small and medium sized business owners and leaders
• the ability to cold call potential customers
• the ability to evaluate customer's capital expenditures, revenue potential, and production methods
• the ability to provide additional revenue by always being aware of upgrade opportunities within existing engagements, or new opportunities within a customer's organization
• experience in managing a sales cycle and generating new business while ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction
• creating new business opportunities
• a history of selling end-to-end solutions with good experience in developing business cases (ROI justification, cost benefit analysis).
